  • Partnership with the Cristo Rey Community Center to give students opportunities for serving the poor.

Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Hillsdale

  • Day-long seminar on Catholic teaching on marriage and human sexuality.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Lansing

  • Series of presentations on the topic 'What is Catholic Social Teaching and How Do We Do It?'

Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Brighton

  • 'The 4 Disciplines of a Messy Family' parish parent retreat.

Sacred Heart Parish, Hudson/ Saint Mary on the Lake Parish, Manitou Beach

  • Youth Group study program: Connected: Catholic Social Teaching for this Generation (Ascension Press); Saints and Social Justice (Brandon Vogt)
  • Service project to provide toiletries to disadvantaged youth.

Saint Martha Parish, Okemos:

  • Series, “The Beauty of Catholic Social Teaching,” two-part presented to parish by Rev. Brian Lenz, chaplain, Lumen Christi School, Jackson.
  • Service project organized by St Martha to feed homeless in Lansing.

Saint Anthony of Padua Parish/St. Anthony's Family Center, Hillsdale

  • Catechetical series on Catholic Social Teaching, Rev. David Reamsnyder and invited speakers.
  • Transition from food pantry to food co-op, offering life skills classes toward mentoring persons and families in need.           

Saint Robert Bellarmine Parish, Flushing

  • Series, “Catholic Social Teaching: Making Sense of Nonsensical Times,” presented by Tim Cassady and Kishore Jayabalan.
