Statement on Rev Mark Inglot

Rev Mark Inglot, Pastor of St Thomas Aquinas Church and St John Student Center, East Lansing has been placed on administrative leave from the parish. A claim of sexual harassment was made by an adult co-worker on September 5, 2018. Bishop Boyea began an immediate initial internal investigation. He received a report on Monday, September 10, 2018 that the claim was believed to be credible.

The Diocese of Lansing is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free of harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment.  Credible claims of violations to our harassment policies or our Code of Conduct will be met with immediate action that may include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
