Starting tomorrow, you are invited to participate in nine days of prayer – a novena – for the apostolic success of the Diocese of Lansing Men’s Conference being held on Saturday, March 16, at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti.
“We need your prayers! We need your prayer!” says conference organizer, Craig Pohl, Director of New Evangelization for the Diocese of Lansing, March 6.
“Over the years, thousands of men have been inspired by the Diocese of Lansing Men’s Conference to step up spiritually, intellectually and, even, physically to become the Catholic man, husband, father, grandfather or son that God is calling them to be – please pray that hundreds more accept the challenge at this month’s conference in Ypsilanti.”
Ready? Okay, here’s the prayer plan:
Day 1 | Friday, March 8 | Pray for all those considering attending the Diocese of Lansing Men’s Conference 2024.
Day 2 | Saturday, March 9 | Pray for conference speaker, Father Joe Krupp, Pastor of Holy Family in Grand Blanc and Saint Mark in Goodrich.
Day 3 | Sunday, March 10 | Pray for conference speaker, Justin Fatica, founder and Executive Director of Hard as Nails Ministries.
Day 4 | Monday, March 11 | Pray for conference speaker, Doug Barry, founder and President of RADIX Battle Ready ministry and the host of EWTN's "Battle Ready"
Day 5 | Tuesday, March 12 | Pray for all Catholic fathers, that they grow as in spiritual fatherhood in the mold of Saint Joseph.
Day 6 | Wednesday, March 13 | Pray for all Catholic grandfathers, that they inspire their grandchildren in word and deed, in the mold of Saint Joachim, grandfather of Our Lord.
Day 7 | Thursday, March 14 | Pray for all Catholic boys, that they grow in obedience and holiness, in the mold of Blessed Carlo Acutis.
Day 8 | Friday, March 15 | Pray for the organizers of the Men’s Conference
Day 9 | Saturday, March 16 | Pray for all those attending the Men’s Conference today.
