Of your charity, please pray for the repose of the soul of Deacon Ray Ellingson who died Wednesday, January 26, 2021. He was 70 years old. May he rest in peace.
Ordained to the permanent diaconate in 2011, Deacon Ray served the parish of Saints Charles and Helena Parish, Clio, from 2011 and the parish of Saint Francis Xavier, Otisville, from 2016. He is survived by his wife, Brenda. A full obituary can be read here. The exequies for Deacon Ray are as follows:
Visitation on Monday, January 31, 2022, from 2pm to 8pm at Saints Charles and Helena Church, 230 East Vienna Street, Clio, MI 48420, with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7pm.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 11am at Charles and Helena Church, 230 East Vienna Street, Clio, MI 48420. Interment will be held at a later date.

and let perpetual light shine upon him.
