This month sees staff and students begin a new school year at the Diocese of Lansing's 28 parish elementary schools and four regional high schools.
"I feel so blessed that so many families have chosen a Catholic education in the Diocese of Lansing for their children," said Tom Maloney, Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Lansing, 26 August.
"We get a unique opportunity to walk with these families, to journey with them as they parent their children. We get to play a special role in the lives of these children and it’s because the parents entrust them to us."
"What a blessing that is, what a privilege and what a responsibility, a responsibility we take seriously."
Please keep the staff, students and families of Lansing's Catholic schools in your prayers during these days. Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom, pray for them!
