Watch this short but powerful film capturing the fire, the faith, and the fervor of Saint Anthony parish in Hillsdale as 23 souls are received into the Catholic Church during Saturday night’s Easter Vigil by Father David Reamsnyder, pastor and fellow convert to Catholicism. Deo gratias.
“The journey you guys have been taking, it's a journey that I took as well,” said Father Reamsnyder, April 8, “I can remember back to a time, not just when I wasn't Catholic, but when I hated the Catholic Church. I think of how far God has brought me!”
“I'm so thankful for all of you. I'm thankful for the journey that you've been on. I don't want you to think, even for a second, that the journey ends here. This is just a new beginning.”
Please pray the new Catholics of Hillsdale and all 473 people who were received into the Catholic Church this Easter weekend across the Diocese of Lansing.
