Thank you to our Catholic schools!

Here are just some of the sights and scenes that marked this year’s Catholic Schools Week (January 26 – February 1) across the Diocese of Lansing.

“Thank you to all the staff, students and parents who made Catholic Schools Week in the Diocese of Lansing such a great success,” said Raymond Rzepecki, Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Lansing, February 6.

“The theme for this year’s celebration was ‘Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed’ and, certainly, our schools strive daily to achieve those four aims by rooting all their endeavors in Jesus Christ and the teachings of his Holy Church so that our children can grow and, indeed, blossom in holiness, virtue and wisdom.”

The Diocese of Lansing contains 28 parish elementary schools and four regional high schools. Each Catholic school attempts to assist parents in forming their children to become happy and holy young people who fulfill their God-given potential.
