The 2014 Allegiance Health Nursing Excellence Awards were presented to honor outstanding achievement in nursing. In the area of “Excellence in Nursing Practice,” Lisa Bradley, St. Mary on the Lake, Manitou Beach parishioner, was chosen. Her nurse manager put in her recommendation that “Lisa’s image immediately comes to mind when asked to view the ideal nurse. She is caring, compassionate, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated team player, and an asset to the nursing profession. Providing safe, quality care to all her patients is extremely important to Lisa. She has been recognized on numerous occasions by new hires and nursing students as an excellent teacher. Patients and families recognize her for providing excellent care, being very informative and sweet.” We are so proud that she is part of our church community
