On Wednesday, March 25, 2015 - the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord - Bishop Boyea, joined by Bishop-emeritus Carl Mengeling and several priests from the Lansing area, blessed the newly-built Saint John Paul the Great Chapel at Lansing Catholic High School. The chapel, constructed over the past eleven months, is part of the Heritage 2 Campaign underway at Lansing Catholic, a campaign that has raised $3.19 million, for construction of the chapel, renovation of the auditorium, a second music classroom and practice rooms, and a weight room.
